Well….Today is the official end of my 10 Day Reboot.
Final total remains at 14 pounds lost.
I am not quitting yet though. Now is the time to push forward and keep on track.
To do that, I need to start finding/creating new recipes for vegetable dishes.
With Fall and Winter coming, I see a lot of soup and chili in my future!
But…I do want to also find ways to incorporate small amounts of lean meat, fish and dairy.
Along the subject of dairy, I have to admit that I can honestly feel a difference after just 10 days without it.
I am not as congested, my thinking is clearer and I just feel better.
Aside from losing the weight, the best part if this experience has been the end result……I no longer have a taste for junk food.
It doesn’t appeal to me.
That’s just awesome……
