“What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger…”
Now that I have that Kelly Clarkson song stuck in your head…LOL!
The above quote seemed to be the theme for today.
It’s not that I had a lot of hard tasks to accomplish……I just had too many which can be a bit much.
To top it all off, I had an important appointment this afternoon that I couldn’t cancel.
So….Yours truly didn’t get home until almost 8:00 p.m.
But, I did good. I ate what I was supposed to and only what I needed.
No responding to the stress in my life!
Tomorrow, while I do have things to accomplish, I start working out on the machines at the gym.
I am really looking forward to it!
My body is actually starting to crave the activity and the challenge. I also know that the exercise is only going to accelerate the weight loss.
I am only 14 pounds away from 30 lost. Not saying I can do it all in the next 9 or 10 days…but I bet I can do it in 30!
No matter….what matters are the lessons learned on the journey.
We all have a journey and a purpose in life.
I need to finish this short 365 day journey so that I can get back to my purpose.
My purpose was never lost but I was distracted from it and as it was said so clearly back in 2005, it’s being said again….It’s time.
Time to stop existing and time to start living.
Don’t ever let anyone or any circumstance convince you that you have to just exist. You were created for more and you’re worth it!
